Created by indie games developer Fluke Games (formerly FlukeDude), The Impossible Game 2 is a rhythm-action platform game with an incredible soundtrack of electronic dance music, stunning graphics and clever gameplay twists.
The original The Impossible Game became an instant hit when it was first released on the Xbox Live Indie Games platform in 2009 thanks to its addictive gameplay, awesome soundtrack and challenging difficulty. An iPhone version soon followed and reached #2 in the US and Canada App Stores.
It was later ported to Android, PC, PlayStation 3 and PSP, and viewed by tens of millions in viral videos by streamers such as PewDiePie.
Key features of The Impossible Game 2:
New levels and gameplay
Over 20 new levels featuring a range of crazy new mechanics like jetpacks, portals and guns. Each world takes on a new art style and ends in a formidable boss battle.
Online battle royale
For the first time, players of The Impossible Game can compete in 60-player online races. This multiplayer mode is cross-platform across iOS and Android and free to play.
The built-in level editor has an easy-to-use interface and features every mechanic seen in the rest of the game (aside from boss battles). Players can export and share their creations online.
Free to play, NO ads or pay-to-win
Almost every level, including the online battle royale mode, is available to play for free. Players can optionally purchase a $5 Achievement Pass which unlocks level-progression rewards such as skins and items in the level editor, as well as bonus skateboarding level “Cloud 9”.
This new solo/cooperative (up to four players) game of adventure and exploration invites aspiring adventurers to return to the frost-covered lands of Skyrim.
Take up arms against dragons, Daedra, trolls, and many more wretched creatures to help the common folk sleep a little easier at night as you battle for glory. It’s a dangerous time, so the party brave enough to charge head-first into danger best have each other’s backs. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – The Adventure Game will arrive in summer 2022 and is currently taking pre-orders via Gamefound.
So scarf down that Eidar cheese wheel and don some Nord armor — there’s a kingdom that needs saving!
In The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – The Adventure Game, players are surviving members of the Blades, a legendary group who long protected the Empire of Tamriel, and must band together to thwart a plot to eradicate them all!
In the world of TheElder Scrolls, select from one of the races of Tamriel: Nord, Dunmer, Imperial, Altmer, Khajiit, or Orsimer. Equip your character with a wide range of weapons, spells, and armor. Travel across the Holds of Skyrim to places like Riften, Solitude, Falkreath, and Whiterun. Attempt a huge range of evolving quests that change the game with each decision, explore the wilderness and meet NPCs. Fight dangerous foes like Draugr, Frostbite Spiders, Daedra, and Dwemer Constructs in the ancient ruins and tombs of Skyrim. Gain experience and amazing treasures, upgrade and enchant your gear, level up your character, and play through six chapters of two huge campaigns in this endlessly replayable board game.
Your quests will lead you across Skyrim – sometimes in short side ventures, others in connected storylines that change with your choices and with your successes or failures! Gain powerful weapons, armor, and spells, amazing treasure, experience points, and of course, followers. But watch out! If you ignore the growing threat across Skyrim, the Strongholds may fall and you’ll be faced with increasingly dangerous crises.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – The Adventure Game contains two major narrative-driven campaigns, each made up of three chapters. Each chapter can change depending on your choices, following your own quests in the main storyline or meeting up for key events and exploring dungeons together. Save your character’s progress at the end of a chapter, or even mid-game, and start again from where you left off the next time you play.
“Skyrim is one of the most iconic video games of all time,” said Chris Birch, CCO and co-founder at Modiphius Entertainment. “Which made creating a board game based on Skyrim, with all its depth of storytelling, a truly exciting challenge. We’ve been quietly delving deep into the narrative of Skyrim over the last 3 years as we worked on this in secret, and there’s not a doubt in my mind that The Elder Scrolls fans and board game enthusiasts alike will love the result.”
Key Features of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – The Adventure Game:
Tamriel’s Tiny Faces: Choose from one of six several lavishly detailed plastic miniatures based on iconic Elder Scrolls races like the Khajiit, High Elf, and Nord as an in-game avatar (with more options in the Dawnguard expansion)
Compatible with Call to Arms: Fearsome foes like dragons, Daedra, and trolls will be available as miniature upgrades and are scaled to be compatible with Modiphius’s The Elder Scrolls: Call to Arms miniatures game — meaning they can be used in this game and vice versa
Gear-Up: What adventure doesn’t involve a bit of treasure hunting? There are loads of weapons, armor, and ancient artifacts for players to find that increase their power as you upgrade or enchant your gear to customize your abilities.
Gather Your Party: Go it alone, or bring up to three other players on a journey to explore Skyrim’s secrets that might save its people from certain doom
Skills, Swords, and Spells: Be it a greataxe, bow, or spells, players will be able to tailor their combat style as they like, matching their choices with a variety of skill upgrades that will give them advantages in different quests
There and Back Again: With each chapter offering roughly 90 to 120 minutes of core questing, an initial playthrough with no diversions for sidequests or exploration should last about 12 hours. Yet, thanks to a plethora of story choices, character options, and play styles, there are practically hundreds of hours worth of content to uncover in subsequent playthroughs.
Familiar Friends and Foes: The core box includes the Nord, Dunmer, Imperial, Altmer, Khajiit, and Orsimer characters and their 32mm scale pre-assembled miniatures
Dovahkiin eager to get their hands on The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – The Adventure Game can place their pre-orders via Gamefound when the project goes live on 11/2/2021 with an expected delivery in summer 2022. What’s more, Modiphius will launch a free sample of the game on Tabletop Simulator soon.
To celebrate Alex Kidd’s 35th birthday, Merge Games reveals how they revived Sega’s classic 1986 game using AAA indie publishing expertise.
The platform game, Alex Kidd, first appeared in Alex Kidd in Miracle World on the Sega Master System 1st November 1986 and has been a fan-favourite ever since – but it wasn’t until over three decades later that Merge Games – in conjunction with the developer, Jankenteam were able to revitalise and rebirth the experience for release earlier in 2021.
Merge Games had come to Sega’s attention by successfully distributing the retail version of the mega-hit Streets of Rage 4, in collaboration with DotEmu. It was this release that also gave the six-person dev team – Jankenteam, who were long-standing Alex Kidd fans – the impetus to come to Merge with and share their dream of remaking the game. The idea was to recreate, rebuild and modernise a deluxe version of the game whilst sticking faithfully to what fans had treasured about Alex Kidd for 30 years.
Following a visit to Sega’s HQ in Japan to license the long-dormant IP, Merge Games developed a complete strategy for full production, marketing and commercial success using the company’s deep expertise in creating bespoke routes to market, which put quality front and centre and exploited all available digital, retail and collectable opportunities.
The team were determined to faithfully include all the original content and levels and combined this with striking new art, improved boss fight systems and different modes. Extra levels were created to expand the lore of the original title to bring a fresh dimension to Alex Kidd in Miracle World. The game included a Retro Mode specifically to bring back the nostalgia from the Master System classic, allowing players to switch back to a recreated version of the original graphical style, to the new Boss Rush Mode which provides nonstop Rock Paper Scissors action, the DX version of Alex Kidd in Miracle World includes a wealth of extra content to expand on the original Master System version. Comprising an array of other updates such as improvements to combat, movement mechanics and new menu systems, Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX adds a new level of fluidity to the original classic!
Through Merge’s statistical analysis of the Alex Kidd franchise over the previous 30 years, plus profound knowledge of current market trends the team were able to provide tailored international PR and marketing to support the game’s commercial release.
Since the game was released on June 24th Merge Game’s is on track to break 200,000 units sold by Christmas and continues to tap into a niche market of passionate retro fans.
“It was a pleasure to work with Sega and Jankenteam reviving this retro classic” said Luke Keighran, Managing Director, Merge Games “The success of Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX has given Merge a blueprint in this niche, and we intend to continue to drive that objective and look at other potential franchises we can resurrect.”
The game is available now for PC, Xbox, Switch, and PlayStation.
Zuvvii is excited to announce the Halloween launch of an industry-disrupting social media platform designed specifically for gamers to share their clips.
Zuvvii was built with one thing in mind – a place to share gaming clips with friends and others who are part of many gaming communities worldwide.
Zuvvii is exclusively for gaming content, and users can easily upload clips directly to the free mobile app, with a desktop version coming soon. In addition, the platform has many unique features, including uploading clips directly from consoles, which improves the user experience for gamers compared to traditional social media platforms.
The platform encourages content creators to reach new audiences by uploading theirfunny fails or epic moments and also enables users to link their other social media channels to their Zuvvii profile.
We also create an opportunity for esports teams to find the most talented and underrated gamers globally. We understand how difficult it is for upcoming stars to be noticed on these saturated platforms.
Whatever your gaming goals, Zuvvii will help you achieve them.
“We’ve been working on the Zuvvii platform for almost two years now, and it’s amazing to see the platform come to life with gamers from around the world already sharing their gaming moments. However, we understand that the hard work starts now, and we have so many exciting features coming soon as we continue to listen to the communities feedback and improve” – Brandon (CEO)

Last month it was announced that Hayley Atwell (Captain America, Mission: Impossible 7) will be the voice of iconic adventurer Lara Croft, and today the companies also announced that Allen Maldonado (Heels, The Wonder Years) has joined the cast as the voice of tech expert and colleague Zip, and Earl Baylon will reprise his role from the video game as the voice of one of Lara’s most-trusted friends and voice of reason, Jonah Maiava.
Picking up after the events of the highly successful Tomb Raider videogame Survivor trilogy as told in 2013’s Tomb Raider, 2015’s Rise of the Tomb Raider, and 2018’s Shadow of the Tomb Raider, the animated series will chart the globetrotting heroine’s next chapter as she takes on the role of the iconic tomb raider that she is destined to become. Twenty-five years after her first game appeared, Lara continues to explore new territory.

In 2022 Tomb Raider fans will have two new ways to experience the game in the real world.

Storyworld is a museum dedicated to the art of storytelling in comics, animation, and games, with a focus on the creativity involved in bringing stories to life.
The World of Lara Croft details the history of Tomb Raider games and media, the art and design of the iconic game franchise, and the popular appeal of both the game and its lead character. The exhibit includes content from the game’s origins in 1996 through the most recent Survivor trilogy, which began in 2013 with the rebooted Tomb Raider game. Visitors will learn about design details, developer insights, and elements of Tomb Raider in the real world, including samples of the franchise’s merchandise over the years and appearances of Lara Croft in movies and comics.
Crystal Dynamics believes strongly in giving back to the community and has several charity initiatives underway for the 25th anniversary celebration.
In honor of the many talented women, including writers, voice talent, actors, models, artists, and game developers, who have brought Lara Croft to life over the years, the company has donated $25,000 to the International Rescue Committee.
An additional donation of $20,000 was made in the name of Camilla Luddington to Women for Women International as a special thank-you for the passion and phenomenal performance she brought to Lara Croft in Tomb Raider (2013), Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Her award-winning performances laid the groundwork for the future of the franchise.
In addition, on November 6 Crystal Dynamics will participate in a 24-hour charity drive for Extra Life which will raise funds for local San Francisco Bay Area UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals. The company has set aside a $25,000 donation to celebrate 25 years of Tomb Raider and hopes to raise another $25,000. Starting today, over a dozen rare items from Tomb Raider history have been listed on the eBay for Charity platform to get a head start. Buying one of these items is a great way for fans to own a part of video game history while also donating to a great cause.
Finally, throughout 2021 Crystal Dynamics has been commissioning talented artists from around the world to reimagine Tomb Raider box art throughout time. At the end of the year, the company will host a charity initiative through the Square Enix Store to purchase a full set of 15 physical prints of the reimagined box art with all proceeds going to Girls Make Games. Legendary Pokémon Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf These three Legendary Pokémon appear in the myths of the Sinnoh region. Introducing the Newly Discovered Hisuian Forms of Zorua and Zoroark
Hisuian Zorua Category: Spiteful Fox Pokémon Type: Normal/Ghost Height: 2’4″ (0.7 m) Weight: 27.6 lbs. (12.5 kg)
Reborn as a Ghost-Type Using the Power of Spite These Zorua migrated to the Hisui region after being driven from other lands by humans, who shunned the Pokémon for manifesting uncanny illusions. But the Zorua perished, unable to survive the harsh Hisuian environment and strife with other Pokémon. Their lingering souls were reborn in this Ghost-type form through the power of their malice toward humans and Pokémon.
Disguising Themselves and Feeding on Targets’ Terror If Hisuian Zorua spot a lone person or Pokémon, the Zorua may appear before them in a guise mimicking the target’s appearance. Unlike the illusions of the previously discovered form of Zorua, these ghostly mimicries are created using spiteful power emitted from the long fur on Hisuian Zorua’s head, around its neck, and on its tail.
Hisuian Zoroark Category: Baneful Fox Pokémon Type: Normal/Ghost Height: 5’3″ (1.6 m) Weight: 160.9 lbs. (73 kg)
Cursed Illusions Erupt Forth from Its Voluminous Coat The spiteful power emitted from Hisuian Zoroark’s long, writhing fur projects terrifying illusions—and can also inflict physical harm upon foes, damaging their bodies from both inside and out. And the illusions that Zoroark projects have expressions of such utter malice toward every last thing upon this world that those who see them are said to be driven mad by the terror.
A Pokémon with an Unexpected Soft Side Hisuian Zoroark is ferociously hostile and aggressive toward people and other Pokémon. But it appears to have a compassionate streak for those it considers close or like family.
