Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment have released the latest video from Batman: Arkham Knight. 

The Official Batman: Arkham Knight Trailer – “Gotham is Mine” features a closer look at some of the story’s most infamous super-villains. As Scarecrow unites the Rogues Gallery, including Two-Face, The Penguin, the Riddler, the Arkham Knight, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy, they bring all-out war as they try to take down The Dark Knight, and claim Gotham City as their own.

Batman: Arkham Knight is based on DC Comics’ core Batman license and will be available on 2nd June, 2015 exclusively for the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, and PC.

Batman: Arkham Knight brings the award-winning Batman: Arkham trilogy from Rocksteady Studios to its epic conclusion. Developed exclusively for the new generation of consoles and PCs, Batman: Arkham Knight introduces Rocksteady’s uniquely designed version of the Batmobile. Batman Arkham Knight Collectors EditionWarner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment today announced Batman: Arkham Knight is scheduled to release worldwide beginning June 2, 2015.

Also revealed, are two collector’s editions – Batman: Arkham Knight Limited Edition and Batman: Arkham Knight Batmobile Edition. Both will be available in limited quantities at launch in North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand for the PlayStation4 computer entertainment system and Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft. Batman: Arkham Knight Limited Edition will also be available in Europe, Australia and New Zealand for PC.

LEGO Batman 3LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham is the next instalment to the blockbuster LEGO Batman videogames. To-date, LEGO videogame sales have reached more than 100 million units worldwide.

In LEGO  Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, the Caped Crusader joins forces with the super heroes of the DC Comics Universe and blasts off to outer space to stop the evil Brainiac from destroying Earth.  Using the power of the Lantern Rings, Brainiac shrinks worlds to add to his twisted collection of miniature cities from across the universe.  Now the greatest super heroes and the most cunning villains must unite and journey to different Lantern Worlds to collect the Lantern Rings and stop Brainiac before it’s too late.

“Building on the incredibly successful LEGO Batman franchise, we are working to make LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham the ultimate super hero videogame this year for all ages,” said Tom Stone, Managing Director, TT Games.  “The TT Games team is bringing LEGO Batman and an astounding amount of characters from the DC Comics universe to the next frontier with a new epic story, more gadgets and unexpected challenges.”

Batman AO DLCWarner Bros. Interactive Entertainment have released Cold, Cold Heart, the action-packed story add-on for Batman: Arkham Origins.

Set on New Year’s Eve, Cold, Cold Heart sheds light on the tragic origin story of Mr. Freeze and players will discover how he earned his place as one of Gotham City’s greatest villains. Cold, Cold Heart is available today for purchase on the PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Games Store and STEAM for £7.99 and also for players who have purchased the Batman: Arkham Origins Season Pass and are connected to the Internet.

The Cold, Cold Heart Story Add-On introduces new locations including Wayne Manor and GothCorp, taking players on an ice-cold journey as Victor Fries encounters Batman for the first time. Players will have access to all new gadgets including Thermocharged Batarangs and Thermal Gloves. Batman is also equipped with his powerful Extreme Environment (XE) suit to take down Mr. Freeze and his Cryo-thugs in hours of new story content.

Batman Arkham KnightAfter a leak by GAME yesterday, Batman: Arkham Knight has now been officially announced.

The game popped up on GAME sites for pre order yesterday before being swiftly taken down but the damage was done. Batman: Arkham Knight will be the finale of the Arkham series, set after the events of Batman: Arkham City and will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

In the explosive finale to the Arkham series, Batman faces the ultimate threat against the city he is sworn to protect. The Scarecrow returns to unite an impressive roster of super villains, including Penguin, Two-Face and Harley Quinn, to destroy The Dark Knight forever. Batman: Arkham Knight introduces Rocksteady’s uniquely designed version of the Batmobile, which is drivable for the first time in the franchise.

The addition of this legendary vehicle, combined with the acclaimed gameplay of the Batman Arkham series, offers gamers the ultimate and complete Batman experience as they tear through the streets and soar across the skyline of the entirety of Gotham City.

Fans will be able to purchase the game from 2nd April on the PlayStation Network, Xbox LIVE  Marketplace, Nintendo eShop and Steam for £15.99.

The all-time best-selling Batman game there has been in the UK however is Lego Batman: The Videogame from 2008. Further down the chart Ubisoft debut at number fifteen with Rocksmith 2014 Edition and EA debut at eighteen with The Sims 3: Into the Future.

Train2Game News: Batman: Arkham Origins TV Spot

Batman Arkham OriginsWith just a few days until the launch of Batman: Arkham Origins, today Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment unveiled the game’s TV spot.

The emotional piece depicts the transformation from Bruce Wayne’s dark childhood to his position as the feared crime-fighting hero. It is a short clip but it shows a lot of character in Bruce Wayne and it certainly has me excited for the new game!

Batman: Arkham Origins is based on DC Comics’ core Batman license and features an expanded Gotham City and introduces an original prequel storyline set several years before the events of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City.  Taking place before the rise of Gotham City’s most dangerous criminals, the game showcases a young and unrefined Batman as he faces a defining moment in his early career as a crime fighter that sets his path to becoming the Dark Knight. As the story unfolds, players will meet many important characters for the first time and forge key relationships.

The games will release on all platforms worldwide beginning Oct 25, 2013.  Batman: Arkham Origins free-to-play mobile game is available now in the Apple App Store for iPad, iPhone and iPod.
