Cloud versions include KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX, KINGDOM HEARTS HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, KINGDOM HEARTS III + Re Mind (DLC) and the all-in-one KINGDOM HEARTS INTEGRUM MASTERPIECE for Cloud collection.
Players who purchase KINGDOM HEARTS III + Re Mind (DLC), either as a standalone title or through the all-in-one collection, will receive the Advent Red Keyblade for use in that game.
Players can test their internet connection prior to purchasing any of the title(s) with free playable demos, available to download now from Nintendo eShop for three of the beloved KINGDOM HEARTS titles, including KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX, KINGDOM HEARTS HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue and KINGDOM HEARTS III + Re Mind (DLC).

SQUARE ENIX® and Disney today announced the launch of KINGDOM HEARTS Melody of Memory, the first rhythm action game in the wildly popular video game series.
Starting today, players can battle to the beat of legendary composer Yoko Shimomura’s beloved tracks and timeless classics from Disney, including “Let It Go” and “Under the Sea,” on the Nintendo Switch™ system, the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system and Xbox One family of devices, including Xbox One X. This celebration of music and adventure marks the KINGDOM HEARTS series’ debut on the Nintendo Switch.
In KINGDOM HEARTS Melody of Memory, players will relive their favorite moments from the series as they journey alongside Sora, Donald and Goofy, along with other familiar KINGDOM HEARTS characters. As players travel through iconic Disney worlds, they will join forces with beloved Disney characters along the way. Players can master more than 140 musical tracks, including favorites like “Destiny Islands,” “Hand in Hand,” and “Working Together” from Yoko Shimomura, as well as classic songs from Disney’s cinematic universes.
Whether alone or with friends and family via local co-op and online multiplayer, players will bounce and bop to the beat of the exhilarating KINGDOM HEARTS soundtrack to defeat tough enemies and bosses. The game offers three different play styles so players of all ages and skill levels can enjoy their magical musical adventure in KINGDOM HEARTS Melody of Memory. Players can casually explore all the worlds and tracks with One Button mode, or really showcase their prowess with the frenetic “Performer” mode for more fast-paced and skillful combo sets. Along the way, players will unlock and collect iconic story scenes from across the entire KINGDOM HEARTS saga, to be enjoyed in the game’s Museum. Competitive Online Battle modes mix up the formula even further, with special tricks to confound your opponents. Players of the Nintendo Switch™ version can also participate in a Free-for-All battle mode with up to seven other players via local play.

SQUARE ENIX® and Disney unveiled a new KINGDOM HEARTS III trailer that shines a spotlight on the first world in the KINGDOM HEARTS series to be based on a Disney•Pixar film, “Toy Story.”
Director of the KINGDOM HEARTS series, Tetsuya Nomura, premiered the trailer during The Walt Disney Company’s Video Game Showcase at the D23 Expo in Anaheim, California.
The new trailer follows Sora, Donald Duck and Goofy to Andy’s room as they join Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Hamm, Rex and Sarge’s investigation into the disappearance of their fellow toys and Andy, and the emergence of the Heartless enemies in their world. Featuring an original storyline, fans will get a first look at the dynamic trio’s “Toy Story”-themed looks, all-new toys, such as the Gigas, and special Keyblades that transform and give Sora unique attacks to unleash on Heartless enemies.

To celebrate D23 and the release of the new trailer, KINGDOM HEARTS Union χ[Cross] (for iOS and Android devices) will offer a powerful “KINGDOM HEARTS III Sora [EX]” Medal. This is the first time a character medal from KINGDOM HEARTS III has been added to the game. For one month (July 16 through August 16), all players can receive the never-before-seen medal by simply logging-into the game.
Fans will soon be able to learn more about the KINGDOM HEARTS history with the upcoming release of KINGDOM HEARTS Union χ[Cross], the relaunch of the critically acclaimed mobile RPG formerly known as KINGDOM HEARTS Unchained χ.
As part of the free update next month, the game will soon have a new “Union Cross” multiplayer mode and more ways to customize the player’s avatar.
With KINGDOM HEARTS Union χ[Cross], players can create teams of six from their party members or through a matchmaking feature to fight hordes of Heartless enemies and powerful bosses. Players can also take on quests of increasing difficulty as well as unique new missions.
To help these teams of friends communicate with each other, the game will now include emotes and text bubbles. Players will encounter both familiar and new faces as the story of the Unions continues to unfold, and the new “Theater Mode” will allow players to relive the drama and rewatch cutscenes.

Now for this weeks game charts. Saints Row IV still sits a top the game charts with the only other new entry this week being Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 remix. I have a strange feeling that next week a new game will be sitting on top of the game charts however…
